ActionCOACH Winchester, Basingstoke and Farnborough are looking for 3 x part-time home-based Business Development Executives (BDE) to be part of our growing Team.

The Business Development Executive will be part of a dynamic, passionate team focused on coaching local business owners and leaders to grow their business, which in turn will improve the lives of the owners/directors, their families, and their employees. The BDE will bring in-depth experience of working within a fast-paced, target-driven sales/telemarketing environment and have the skills to build and develop relationships with prospects.  

Key roles and responsibilities…..

  • You will be making in excess of 50 phone calls a day with a view to generating leads and booking appointments with our business coaches to meet with prospective clients and this will make up approximately 80% of the BDE role.  
  • Your main goal will be to generate both appointments and seminar attendees through sales and marketing activities. 
  • You will drive the sales and follow-up process, which will include creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients and using our CRM system to record client information. 
  • Proactive awareness of business performance and growth targets as well as managing individual, team and company KPIs.

  • Proven experience within a telesales/telemarketing role. 
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills. 
  • Friendly, persuasive and passionate conversationalist. 
  • Target-driven with a track record of success. 
  • Supportive team-player. 
  • Well-organised, assertive team player, with a proactive attitude.  
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced and changing environment – alone or in a team.  
  • Passionate about helping people.  
  • Excellent computer literacy skills – MS Office suite, Zoom, database management.  
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Will follow a system, is decisive and disciplined, and great to work with.

  • Basic pay of £18,000 – £25,000 Pro Rata  
  • Performance-related bonus, with no caps, the better we do, the more you earn. 
  • 25 days annual leave – Pro Rata. 
  • Home-based role (as this is a home-based role, excellent broadband is required). 
  • Flexible working hours with 5 hours/day within business core working hours of 09:00-18:00 Monday-Friday
