It was fantastic to get our ActionCOACH business coaching clients together for our final GrowthCLUB event of the year. We returned to Highfield Park, near Heckfieldin a room overlooking beautiful countryside, and this time the venue was filled with fairylights and Christmas treesLast minute, we also made it a hybrid Zoom event, although we’re hopeful that by the time we run our next GrowthCLUB at the end of March, we’ll all be face-to-face again!

Catching up on client success

As always, there were many incredible success stories to catch up on with everyone working on the goals they set during Q4We started the session with a success review, finding out what our clients had achieved in the three months since our last GrowthCLUB and it was inspiring to hear so many positive developments as we near the end of 2021:

  • A number of our clients who set ambitious targets exceeded their revenue growth targets by more than 50% over the last 12 months – what a great way to end the year!
  • One client is in the middle of an exciting rebranding project which we can’t wait see come to fruition in the new year
  • And another of our clients, a charity, has achieved some amazing news which hopefully we can share in early 2022
  • Plus, it was great to see the progress so many of our clients are making – with exciting developments including investment in new electric vehicles, new systems and technology; as well as the staff recruitment that many of our clients are now making as a result of their continued growth

All of these were achieved as a direct result of the preparationplanning and hard work that each of our clients put in during their Q4 GrowthCLUB as well as their coaching during 2021There was a real sense of confidence and positivity in the room despite these being uncertain times.

Planning for business growth

All of my coaching clients get to experience GrowthCLUB every quarter. It’s a chance for them to devote a day to working on their business, not in their business.

For many business owners, it’s hard to find the time to reflect on what’s working and what isn’t. But during this session, we ask clients to do exactly that. Take time away from their busy lives to focus in on the next 90 days.

With 2022 just around the corner, it’s crucial to start the year off with a clear plan in place, and one that will set them up on the path to success. During the session, business owners devote time to working on their plans and I work with everyone to run through their plans in more detail to make sure they’re focusing in on the right areas.

The power of written goals

If those goals you’ve been thinking about for your business, or even for your personal life, just remain in your head, the chances are you’re probably not going to achieve them. GrowthCLUB is a great way to commit to those goals, write them down and set out your step-by-step plan for how to achieve them.

At the end of the session, we ask everyone to share some of their key goals for the coming quarter. It’s a great way to hold one another accountable for the goals they set and it means that in the next GrowthCLUB, everyone is excited to check in to see how each other are doing.

One of the things I love about GrowthCLUB is how invested we all are in each other’s successes. The group has formed a strong bond that strengthens every time we meet.

It was interesting to hear one of my clients say that she doesn’t usually get to spend time with other business owners, so an added bonus of GrowthCLUB for her is meeting with other entrepreneurs to learn and share experiences.

A date for your diary: GrowthCLUB – 7th April 2022

Whether you’re a solopreneur, or part of a large organisation with a large team, everyone needs a 90-day plan! By the end of every GrowthCLUB, our clients have a clear picture of where their business will be at the end of the quarter as well as a step-by-step plan to get them there.

We’ll be running our first GrowthCLUB of the year on Thursday 7th April. Why not join us? Get in touch if you’d like more details. We’d love to see you there.
