1. What is Business Coaching … ?
Since we pioneered Business Coaching through the 1990’s, the term has become synonymous with performance and growth. But don’t confuse it with Life and Executive Coaching – it is far broader than that. It is as focused on the business, its team, processes, sales and marketing as it is on the business owner. Owners of small to medium sized businesses find it hard enough keeping pace with all of the changes and innovations going on in today’s modern world. It is also hard for them to find the time to devote to sales, marketing, systems, planning and team management … and then to run their business after that. The client will take their business experience and add it to our unique copyrighted systems. Together through weekly conversations, we will coach these Business Owners to financial and personal success.

4. What is an Alignment Consultation … ?
The Business Owner – client and possibly some of their team will invest anywhere from three hours to a full day, as their ActionCOACH learns as much as possible about their business and personal goals, challenges, frustrations, sales, marketing, finances, and much, much more.
The ActionCOACH will do this with three goals in mind. First to get a ‘snapshot’ of where the business ‘is’ right now. Second, to
clarify goals, both personally and in the business. And third, to get the crucial pieces of information needed to create an individualised ActionCOACH Business Plan for the next 12 months.
This is not a traditional business or marketing plan, but rather a step-by-step plan of ActionCOACH that the client will work with as
they proceed through the Mentor Program.
5. What is a Mentor Program … ?
Simply put, it’s where an ActionCOACH will work with a client for a minimum 12 months to help make their goals a reality. From weekly coaching calls and goal setting sessions, to creating marketing pieces together, the ActionCOACH will develop new sales strategies and business systems that allow the client to work less. In a one-to-one environment, they’ll learn all there is to know on how to make their business dreams come true.
An ActionCOACH will work with clients on sales, marketing, team-building, and business development initiatives, and all elements of the ActionCOACH Plan developed from their Alignment Consultation. Unlike other consultants, an ActionCOACH will do more than just show clients what to do.
As each idea takes shape, as each campaign is launched, when they need little pointers for making ‘it’ happen, when they need someone to talk to, when they’re faced with daunting challenges, and most importantly, when they’re just not sure what to do next, the ActionCOACH will be there every step of the way.
In addition, we have the full resources of the global ActionCOACH Team to call on for any and every challenge the client might have. That means hundreds of experts are on hand, ready to help if needed. An ActionCOACH acts as a conduit between all the resources of the ActionCOACH global team, and their clients business needs.
